Application procedure
The application procedure depends on your country of residence.

I am a French student, or I hold a French degree
French applicants and foreign applicants holding a French degree will need to apply through the Monmaster platform.
The applications through Monmaster are not open yet. Expected Opening date: March 2025
I am a foreign student from a CEF country
Applicants residing in a CEF country will need to apply through the Etudes en France platform. (https://pastel.diplomatie.gouv.fr/etudesenfrance)
Application are already open !
The application deadline is posted on the Campus France website for your country of residence.
How to apply ?
1. Visit the Etudes en France Website, and login to your account (or create one)
2. When you will have filled all the information regarding your application profile, you will have to choose which program to add to your “basket”.
3. To find our Master’s program easily in the catalog, please use the keyword “Behavioral and digital economics.”
4. Among the available programs, you should see that there are two options for Behavioral and digital economics for effective management. You have to choose the one that indicates “année 1” or “year 1”. The one indicating year 1 and year 2 is outdated.
Our Master’s program is presented on Campus France website in French under the following name:
And in the catalog “Taught in English” under the following name:

I do not reside in a CEF country
Foreign applicants who are not residing in a CEF country will have to apply through the ecandidat platform.
This means that you are not currently residing in one of the following countries :

The application period through ecandidat has not opened yet and will be available from March 10 to April 10, 2025.
More information regarding the application platform will come in December 2024.

What do I need to apply ?
Prepare the documents required for your application
You will, as a minimum, be required to attach the following documents to your application:
- A scanned copy of your passport or identity card (check the expiration date on your passport: for a regular long stay visa (more than 90 days), the expiration date must be 15 months after the day you plan to leave your country of origin) ;
- A CV ;
- A letter of motivation ;
- A scanned copy of your transcripts of records ;
- A scanned copy of your diploma ;
- A certificate proving your English level, if any ;
- You can add any other document related to your study project to enhance your application (recommendation letter(s), professional experience certificates etc.).
All application documents are to be translated in English (sworn translations only). Translations of official diplomas and transcripts must be issued by your home university or certified by an authorized translator.
You must upload all the required documents when you send your application.
Academic evaluation
If your application meets the minimum requirements, it will proceed to the academic evaluation as described in the academic regulations of the programme in question.
Scholarship evaluation
If you are eligible, the Scholarship Committee will evaluate your application in July.

If you receive an official notification of acceptance, you must create an account on your country of residence’s Campus France website and complete their files from the tab “Je suis accepté” or “I am accepted” and apply for a visa.
