Program Content Overview

The BDEEM Master's program in Business Intelligence combines behavioral economics and strategic management. Students spend two years developing skills in data analysis, competitive intelligence, and public regulation.

The master's program is built on an innovative teaching method that places professional skills at the core of learning. Alongside lectures, students work on hands-on group projects, attend seminars led by industry professionals, and even participate in an innovation challenge through the Agorize platform.

Master 1: Foundations & Analytical Tools

The first year builds core technical skills and covers market dynamics. The year finishes with a 2 to 5 months internship. The main topics are:

Master 2: Advanced Strategy & Professional Practice

The second year focuses on applied economic intelligence. Students train for roles in management, consulting, or research. The year finishes with a 4 to 6 months internship or a research project. Since 2024, the second year can also be done through a work-study program (alternance). Two optional courses provided by the Silesian University in Opava (Czech Republic) are also provided. Students also take part in the Agorize innovation challenge to showcase their skills in business intelligence. The main topics are:
